China Resound Technology Limited (abbreviated as CRT) is a technology group integrating R&D, manufacturing, and global sales of optoelectronic and precision instrumentation, built around its core research platform — the Resound Photoelectric Technology Research Institute — together with its industrial and commercial arms, Resound Photoelectric and LSRPTR (Resound Photoelectric International businesses).
Resound Photoelectric Technology Research Institute, the Group's R&D core, is a new-type research institution dedicated to optoelectronic technology R&D and industrialization. It serves as a high-level contracted platform under the Henan Provincial Party Committee's "Three Batches" initiative and an investment-attraction enterprise of the Central Plains Science City, and has been entrusted with establishing the Central Plains Dawn Laboratory. Since commencing trial operations in August 2024, the Institute has occupied a total floor area of 5,300 square meters and built a team of over 200 personnel, including multiple collaborating academicians, National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars recipients, and more than 100 professors and PhDs, holding over 70 independent intellectual property rights. It operates under an R&D framework of "Eight Institutes, One Center, and One Platform," covering four core technology directions — MEMS and lithography, optoelectronics and spectroscopy, high-power laser applications, and nuclear instrumentation.
Building on this research foundation, Resound Photoelectric (China and International businesses) carries the Group's manufacturing and commercialization mission, delivering an integrated industrialization base for high-end scientific equipment spanning design, R&D, production, sales, and service. Its product lines cover seven major categories and over 100 models, including laboratory instruments, analytical instruments, and photoelectric spectroscopy systems, with more than 22 years of accumulated industry experience and products exported to over 150 countries and regions worldwide.
As a privately funded industrial technology group, CRT operates on an innovative "entrepreneur-led + scientist-participation + market-oriented operation" mechanism, focused on translating scientific achievements into market-ready products.
